As a rapping Agile Coach, I help people, teams and organizations build meaningful products. In the age of complexity, it's even more important to embrace change and stay adaptable. We need more teams that work cross-functionally and self-organize, with the courage to break usual thought and behavior patterns, automate repetitive tasks and spot and address problems early.

I try to explain agility in an entertaining way and want to spark thought and discussions with my edutainment approach. With my incremental and iterative music creation process, I aim to inspire people to be creative and authentic. I also want to show that agile values, principles and practices are not only useful in software development.

When we deal with complex problems, there is no clear cause-and-effect relationship. We can form hypotheses, ask how to test them, have our experiences and learn from the insights.
