- Error analysis and replication, processing and self-correction of standard customizations and forwarding to developers, as well as retesting
- Responsible for the design and implementation of the TM Forms in cooperation with a developer
- Set up of functional and technical Design Specifications
- Bridge between Customer (Business, IT, Key Users) and developers to implement business requirements and needs
