- Security management according to IT360 vulnerability scans, remediation of open vulnerabilities, patch systems and firmwares
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and initiate process or infrastructure improvements, continuous monitoring of incidents and escalation to site IT head if required
- Advise and guide the BIT support team in all PEP RF related topics
Additional responsibilities:
- Backup for site infrastructure manager NTO Basel Cluster IT
- Plan network outages, inform business stakeholders and align with them
- Organize wireless site surveys to cover process units with optimal wireless coverage
- Collaborate with British Telecom and WIPRO to test devices after downtimes and upgrades
- Align with site automation for firewall configurations, submit tickets and work with BT to close firewall changes
Support of Site GO-LIVE Project:
- Single point of contact for handhelds and label printer implementation in Drug Substance Bioproduction Basel (BDSS)
TOPAZ Program:
- Collaborate with site infrastructure manager to implement network segmentation in ChemOpsCH and BDSS sites
- Move manufacturing printers from O layer network to the newly created P layer network
