Initially working in application development (programming, analysis, design, project management), then taking on line responsibilities and project management in ICT infrastructures, systems management, hardware and software, telecommunications, ICT strategies, business models, database management, data center consolidations, support and call center setup.

Until the end of 1998, held a director-level position responsible for data management and building the operations and support organization for the decentralized ICT infrastructure of a large bank.

Since 1999, as an independent consultant and project manager, successfully completed many mandates and projects: from projects in ICT strategies and governance, ICT processes, ICT audits, ICT security, data center consolidations and migrations, ICT infrastructure (including cloud, DevOps and tools), data management, output management to ICT organizational restructurings, business project management and consulting in various industries.
