- Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for technical on- and offshore positions (e.g., Deckhands, Crane Operators, Mechanics, E&I Technicians, Process Operators & Control Room Operator).
- Managed recruitment process, often handling several candidates for the same position.
- Recruited for rotational offshore positions, ensuring availability of replacement staff when needed and ensuring Account Managers are informed.
- Filled ad-hoc roles requiring quick turnaround to meet urgent needs and arranged training for certificates for requested clients.
- Conducted searches across Europe, not limited by geographic location due to the work's offshore nature, checking applicants' references and suitability before referral to clients for contract/employment.
- Occasional administration duties will include travel arranging, database updates and CV writing.
