I am the founder of nuem | nu employment partners - your multi-brand recruitment partner for the IT and Sustainable Energy & Mobility sectors.

My career in IT recruitment began in 2010, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to connecting people with roles that make an impact.

During my time leading the SAP & Business Applications recruitment team at a major agency, I spent a decade and a half supporting digital transformation projects across Europe and the U.S., driving the digital revolution and helping businesses navigate complex technological shifts. This experience gave me a firsthand look at the challenges companies face in finding the right talent to lead their transformation efforts.

In 2021, I founded nuem with a mission to focus on the sectors I believe are shaping our future: Enterprise Technology, Sustainable Energy, and Mobility. These industries represent not just innovation but the transition to a more sustainable world—whether it’s through advancements in IT, the push towards clean energy, or the evolution of mobility solutions. My work with companies like bp, where I built teams for EV charging, hydrogen, and wind power projects, showed me the crucial role talent plays in driving these changes forward.

As a father of two daughters, I am driven by the desire to create a more sustainable and inclusive world.
