Management of IT projects in ERP, HR, Logistics, and Cloud domains under the Transizione 5.0 program, with responsibility for planning, budget and timeline control, vendor coordination, and deadline monitoring. Preparation of financial and progress reports, and analysis and assessment of integrations between new systems and clients’ existing infrastructures.

As Project Manager I managed key projects related to the development and implementation of software solutions, including:

• Workflow/CRM Applications: I managed the development and integration of helpdesk procedures for handling DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims and warranty services for sold devices.

• Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) Services**: I led the implementation of applications designed to manage the Carrier Pre-Selection services, enabling seamless service transitions between operators.

As Business Analyst, I was responsible for my division for the analysis and coordination of corporate-level projects:

• Toll-Free Numbers Portability: I coordinated the development of solutions for portability of 'Toll-Free Numbers' to and from other operators.
• Corporate Rebranding: I was involved in the analysis and integration of business systems during Vodafone’s corporate rebranding from VodafoneOmnitel to Vodafone, ensuring related processes were updated and aligned with the new brand.

Part of a team responsible for customizing the "SmartStream" ERP system to meet the client’s specific business needs. My primary focus was on configuring and adapting the ERP to optimize warehouse management processes, ensuring that inventory control and logistics were aligned with the client’s operational requirements.
