Have been collaborating closely with Founders and CEOs in addressing complex financial and strategic issues - spanning from acting as a trusted advisor to CEO, to assuming a transactional-focused role in M&A and capital raising projects. Most relevant projects included:

  • Multi-region pricing assessment for a Fortune Global 500 (~$29B ARR), covering price waterfall/GTN, commercial policy, discount and rebate governance, deal management, and pricing systems.   • Strategic review for a leading global fintech firm (~$500M ARR), focused on identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities. Work included conducting customer research, benchmarking performance against direct and indirect competitors, and developing the market and financial model. Collaborated closely with an independent consultant and former LEK Partner (London office) throughout the engagement
  • Led the strategic review and operating model design for a $5B multi-sector holding company comprising 29 portfolio companies. Spearheaded the development of the holding company’s business plan from the ground up, including projecting the impact of strategic initiatives and associated synergies. Advised on the design and implementation of a comprehensive governance model to align decision-making across the group. Managed a high-performing team of former Bain and Roland Berger consultants (Senior Associate and Associate levels) throughout the engagement
  • Advised on the fundraising strategy for a €300M high-end European real estate development, including the development of a robust valuation model and assessment of funding options across both equity and debt capital markets (ECM and DCM). Worked alongside a former Accenture Managing Director throughout the engagement
