Consulting boutique formed by a former BCG. During this experience, I worked alongside the founder on a multitude of projects including:

• Acted as a trusted advisor to the founder of a PE-backed firm, also a former BCG, having promoted and implemented several transformational initiatives. Most relevant initiatives included: (a) Designed and executed a streamlined procurement operating model (b) Led the annual budgeting process across the firm (c) Created a comprehensive dashboard to assess and monitor the performance of the different business units across the organization
• Steered and executed several go/no-go investment cases in the context of Venture Building
• Led and executed a healthcare project, building a comprehensive diagnosis dashboard

As one of the first hires at LGG Advisors, I collaborated alongside the founder and former Barclays Investment Banker. During this experience, I was responsible for:

• Leading and executing M&A, capital raising, and finance & strategy projects on behalf of the Private Equity and Venture Capital clients. Most relevant projects included:
• Full IM and financial modelling for £600 million equity and debt capital for a leading UK-based property developer
• Full IM and financial modelling for $250 million equity and debt capital for a leading Israeli-based Investment Bank
• Coordination and execution of a buy-side financial and commercial due diligence for an European Venture Capital
• Execution of a buy-side commercial due diligence for a leading European Private Equity
• Financial Planning and Analysis for a US-based private equity portfolio company
• LBO modelling for a leading Israeli investment bank in the context of a take-private US publicly listed company
• Sourcing and engaging with Private Equity and Venture Capital clients
• Supervising teams of Associates and Analysts
• Coordinating the recruitment and L&D across the firm
