My career includes major projects such as advising the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees on designing a quality management system according to ISO 10007:2017, and supporting the Swiss Army’s CHF 3.3 billion Fitania program to roll out a fully automated data center network. As Senior Deployment Manager, I led a global commercial digital transformation for Biogen Inc., overseeing project initiation, reporting, deployment, and migration planning for digital infrastructure.

I have deep consulting experience in transitioning and transforming international out-tasking contracts for large banks and supporting ITIL service management processes in the telecom industry. My work as a consultant for Dresdner Bank and other leading firms highlights my ability to develop and implement strategic IT solutions.

Throughout my career, I have designed and established requirements and stakeholder management for mission-critical ITIL service management processes, and supported the management and operation of central data warehouse hubs.
