  • Conducted qualitative discovery research to identify several opportunities to extend our user journey, which resulted in the new "Date Map" feature.

  • Quantitative validation (survey, KANO) of major pain points and evaluation of viability and desirability of first solutions.

  • 40 continuous, iterative UX tests from early mockups to prototypes to post-release testing in close collaboration with Product Design.

  • Conducted major yearly surveys across different segments in four markets (DACH & FRITES). Findings delivered key differentiation insights for the brand repositioning efforts of Marketing.

  • Combined qualitative research (explorative interviews, usability tests) and quantitative research (survey, benchmarks, segmentation) for a new onboarding experience. With benchmark surveys before and after the design changes, we showed that we reduced frustration for first-time users by 16 percentage points.

  • Co-led discovery and validation research with >10 qualitative user interviews, >20 iterative UX tests, and a survey. The project resulted in an MVP for a new key feature, but it didn’t make it into the product. Lessons learned: improve cross-functional communication around technical feasibility, avoid solution thinking from the start, and set clear business goals.
