• Product Owner Customer Portal: Launch of the new online banking platform (in-house development): Development of the product vision, development of product roadmap, budget planning and control of the agile development team, requirements analysis, backlog management (Jira), introduction of OKR, lead UX (control of external designers, UX/UI design, user research, user testing, design sprints), compliance with the regulatory roadmap.
• Head of Product: Leadership & development of eleven employees, overall responsibility for credit cards, loans and insurance products, preparation of business cases, budget planning and control, competitive analysis, permanent supervision, project management for new product launches, stakeholder management, relaunch of the corporate website (2015).
• Team Lead Online Marketing: Leadership & development of three employees, relaunch of corporate website (2011), launch of customer satisfaction measurement, launch of a campaign management tool, launch of a B2B financing solution for e-commerce stores, expansion of online marketing (SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing), introduction of conversion optimization, budget planning and control.
• Member of the change management team for digital transformation when setting up a new agile division.
