Summary
I was born in 1980 in Leoben in Styria, a region deeply influenced by mining and mechanical engineering. At thirteen, I moved to Germany. Even during my school years, I worked in a design office during vacations. This gave me an early understanding of responsibility, reliability, and the impact of my work.
Today, I bring almost three decades of experience, from technical roles to full operational responsibility after a management buyout. My career spans mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, and the energy sector. I have worked in engineering services, consulting, and leadership. Key focuses have been building new organizational units, implementing robust management and control systems, leading reorganizations after acquisitions, and developing and guiding teams in challenging growth and transformation phases.
Alongside my technical career, I have solid skills in leadership, communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and change facilitation. To me, these skills are not an add-on but an integral part of effective transformation between structure, people, and responsibility.
My work combines clarity in processes with a strong leadership stance. I design organizations so that systems run reliably, decisions remain transparent, and economic stability is achieved. In several contexts, this approach led to break-even within the first year, successful quality certifications, and lasting, resilient customer relationships.
