- Post merger integration consultant integrating all support functions (~14,000 FTEs) following a major merger and supporting the post merger integration of a US-based IT services provider.
- Overall project lead reporting to CFO and Steering Committee; defined setup, led six workstreams; conducted as-is/to-be analysis of operating models and organizational design.
- Designed joint target operating model, identified €45–50 M in synergies, and developed a comprehensive implementation roadmap.
- Planned and facilitated management workshops to define integration vision and mission; analyzed synergy levers and integration gaps; created 100-day plan and governance structure; established new integration framework, introduced synergy tracking tool, and initiated structured implementation through PMO setup.
Westdeutscher Rundfunk (Cologne, 1 month & 5 months):
- Strategy validation consultant reviewing the Corporate Functions department in alignment with corporate goals and redesigning procurement guidelines and processes to improve efficiency and governance.
- Supported the Administrative Director in developing strategic goals, metrics, and communication needs; set up a project portfolio management tool.
- Conducted interviews; redesigned procurement policies, defined processes and organization; created KPI-based synergy concept.

- Consultant supporting the relaunch of a high-circulation member magazine and outsourcing of magazine advertising sales.
- Defined new content and advertising concept; developed business case and cost levers; analyzed potential for digital migration.

- Process design and improvements consultant optimizing back-office processes and implementing a standard IT system in leasing and financing; change management and training consultant implementing standardized cross-functional working models across engineering teams.
