Project Manager Cyber Security

Working in the cybersecurity program, with a focus on incident management. The role includes identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, the position involves contributing to the continuous improvement of security processes to mitigate future risks.

Responsible for coordinating various infrastructure teams while managing approximately 50 applications and application managers, ensuring end-to-end onboarding. Led the transformation of project-based work into a standardized product through process analysis, stakeholder interviews, identification of improvement opportunities, and risk assessment throughout the end-to-end process.

Developed and enhanced four products using agile methods in teams of up to 8 members. Led backend topics, improved sales processes for better customer experience, and optimized conversion and UX. Coordinated with stakeholders and partners, presenting strategic topics and prioritizing initiatives with management.
