I work with founders, executive teams and boards to establish and support corporate and brand communications functions for SME technology businesses. Together with senior leaders within organisations, I help businesses to:
- Build corporate and brand communications strategies and then roll out impactful and measurable programmes to deliver, ensuring companies' brands and reputations are protected and promoted
- Prepare for major communications moments, from change of leadership, IPO, other major fundraising moments and other corporate change events
- Create compelling narratives and identify the right storytelling opportunities which enhance awareness and understanding of their businesses
- Establish the processes, teams and external partners necessary to deliver and execute communications programmes, across multiple time zones, countries and languages
- Nurture relationships with all main stakeholders including internally with teams to ensure communications functions become the trusted guardians and go-to partners inside organisations
- Prepare for crises and issues, enabling controversial and topical topics to be managed and where appropriate, proactively occupying the narrative territory across owned and earned channels
