- Responsible to balance and replenish issuance, liquidation and cancelation of banker cheque, receive and process cheques for clearing/ collection, internal/online transfer, RTGS transaction, provision of customer statement to customers.
- Provide and ensure prompt and efficient customer services to customer to maximize turnaround time per customer.
- Responsible to manage all cash related transaction including but not limited to cash deposits, cash payments, utlility bills collection, home remittance transaction, etc. in line with the internal & external SOPs as defined by the bank/regulator.
- Responsible to manage inward and outward clearing by performing through scrutiny of the instruments.
- Responsible for CIF amendment and Dormant activation.
- Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines.
- Have knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
- Ensure that all the bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties.
- Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances.
- Suggest effective ways through which the bank can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
- Assist customers in resolving queries & complaints and provide feedback.
- Attend customer queries/ request and ensure customer satisfaction and retention through applying proactive customer service techniques and ensure fair treatment of customers.

- To check and ensures the standard methods for: raw material; WFI sampling before batch manufacturing; bulk sample after batch manufacturing; 1st tray bottle sampling; last tray sampling; sterilized/finished bottle sampling.
- To check and ensure the in-process control during filling of each bottle i.e.: issue release slip; volume variation control; empty bottle weight with specified limit; perform IPQC for each batch, if required any.
- To ensure the on- time completion and submission of the batch manufacturing record BMR for each batch.
