• Responsible for all communication, investment and branch establishment abroad in all matters

• Site preparation for the automotive manufacturing in the field of electromobility

• Increase in personnel of 580 employees within 2 years
• Responsible for the continuous growth of 300% in 2019
• Acquisition of project financing in Slovakia with the TATRA Bank 2018 (25 MIO€)
• Successful completion of the project: "Industrial Promotion Slovakia" with SARIO => Promotion volume = 2,5 MIO €
• Successful installation of 55 automatic and semi-automatic production lines
• Implementation of highly automated and manual work processes
• Successful implementation of various IT software from the parent company in the subsidiary
• IATF certification 8 months after the company was founded
• Production release – OEMs such as PSA, Daimler, AUDI, VW, Porsche, Samsung, Iveco in the field of production of high-voltage connectors in the e-mobility
• Successful completion of the building permit for 3500m² high rack warehouse, 10.000m² of production space and 900 m² canteen and changing rooms for employees => Construction project implementation 2020/ 2021

• Responsibility for controlling activities in the production plants in Bruneck, Hannover (700 FTE's)
• Drafting the reporting concept for the board in the Intercable group
• Implementation of a performance measurement system for the group (KPI prod./cost accounting/P&L)
• Responsibility for the annual budget preparation
• Participation in the strategy development of the Intercable Group 2020

• Development and introduction of the supplier portfolio in the field of electromobility (EU/CN)
• Responsibility and support of various automotive projects – electromobility as SQE in the pre-series and series production (VW/Daimler)
