I have a 10+ year track record of doing capital transactions in the TMT space. I have worked on Mergers & Acquisitions deals with a cumulative value in excess of $20bn, fundraising transactions with a cumulative value in excess of $1bn, and early-stage VC investments in companies that have gone on to become unicorns. Experience gained both as an advisor (Citi) and as a principal (Delivery Hero, JOKR).
I have done transactions across the entire capital structure and lifecycle of a company. At one end of the spectrum, I have executed convertible debt, venture debt, and venture equity investments in start-ups. At the other end, I have worked on IPOs, as well as large and complex international Mergers & Acquisitions transactions for mature players. My comprehensive technical finance skills that have supported my transaction work e.g. financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring and analysis, FP&A, controlling, and reporting. Moreover, I have developed acumen in adjacent domains e.g. strategy, governance, tax, competitive intelligence, legal, anti-trust, business intelligence and HR.
