- Automated Reclamation Processing: Developed an attended bot, reducing AHT to 450 seconds.
- Regulatory Cards collections accounts: Automated updates for 200 cases/day, resulting in 9 FTE efficiency gains with an AHT of 497 seconds.
- Self Service Closures: Handled 500 cases/day, improving efficiency by 9 FTE with an AHT of 402 seconds.
- ID Theft: Automated 1000 cases/day, providing 104 FTE efficiency gains with an AHT of 600 seconds.
