That is my philosophy and my previous clients describe me this way. If you work with me, you will soon notice: It's important to me to listen to my conversation partners and find the best approach for the company, the situation, and the people.

Many suppliers and employees meet me in unpleasant, conflict-filled situations. Not the best conditions for a relaxed, positive start. But after a short time, these people confirm that I can ease the difficult situation with my open, diplomatic, and humorous working style.

My extensive experience comes primarily from procurement and supply chain management. I also bring valuable knowledge in finance topics and was most recently working as a finance manager. With my highly analytical way of thinking and solid IT skills, I can quickly get into processes. These abilities were supported by my studies in Supply Chain Management, which was almost 60% IT topics, and by my extensive work experience with various ERP systems. The focus was often on SAP, for example as a "Business Process Lead" for the procurement process.

It is especially important to me to always keep an eye on the whole process. So in some projects for implementing database and analysis tools, I also worked as a project manager. These tasks strengthened my sensitivity and pragmatic approach to the tension between "customer requirements and technical implementation" and round out my multifaceted profile.

My approach: I reach the goal with a lot of structure and humor.

Many people see me as a very calm person. My approach follows the principle: listen carefully, then analyze, and only then comment.

A path that may not be typical. However, I achieve good negotiation results through my sound way of arguing and my quick grasp, as many supervisors and clients confirmed.

Since I can find pragmatic solutions even in stressful and time-critical phases, my fellow students jokingly gave me the title "Flexibility Manager".
