I have been working for more than 35 years with successful organizations and the people who make them successful. The value and value creation of people in organizations is the framework of my strategic, holistic and integrative perspective. Through my work at all management levels, I have successfully implemented a wide range of strategies with my clients, both strategically and functionally. I combine current scientific and innovative entrepreneurial approaches.
My consulting is based on my own experience in senior management of international organizations, which allows me to understand the motives of a top manager. With several years of experience, I know what it means to develop strategies and to implement them in change processes in a company.
My consulting starts with strategic questions and can go all the way to implementing the chosen solution. For an internationally active service company, I was a member of the management board responsible for defining the corporate strategy. Afterwards I was responsible for the marketing and sales strategy and implementation as interim Marketing and Sales Manager.
My career is marked by business and market development and sales. As a Business Manager, for example, I built a training company with revenue of fl. 6,500,000 over a period of 3 years. Also as a training consultant I generated annual revenues of over fl. 1,000,000. As interim CEO, I was responsible for closing a contract worth over €100 million.
In my view, the success of my clients determines my success. Therefore, my network of long-standing and potential clients is my guarantee for my and your success. Over the years I have built a strong international network of cross-industry contacts. My commitment is reflected in long-term assignments for various strategic development processes of an organization, consisting of several strategic tasks, in some cases over several years.
Besides hard facts and complex strategic analyses, communication skills at all levels of an organization and diplomatic tact are examples of my strengths. I am fluent in German, English and Dutch. I bring an international perspective to my consulting assignments, based on my collaboration with people in a global environment.
My leadership style is participative, with managers and employees given the decision space they can handle depending on the situation. The basis is that every professional, based on an area of expertise or management, adds value. Goals can only be achieved successfully together if the potential of professionals is used and further developed through continuous learning. I expect a high level of commitment and trust from professionals and from myself, with collaboration as a core competence. My role includes setting direction, steering and, where necessary, making the relevant decisions based on a positively critical attitude.
