My consulting is based on my own experiences in senior management of international organizations, which allows me to understand the motivations of a top manager. With several years of experience, I know both what it means to develop strategies and to implement them in change processes within a company. My consulting starts with strategic questions and can extend to the implementation of the chosen solution. For an internationally active service company, I was responsible as a member of the management board for defining the corporate strategy, followed by the marketing and sales strategy and its implementation as interim marketing and sales manager. My career is characterized by business and market development and sales. As a business manager, I built up a training company with a turnover of ƒ6,500,000 over a period of three years. As a training consultant, I achieved annual revenues of over ƒ1,000,000. As interim CEO, I was responsible for closing a contract valued at over €100 million. In my view, the success of my clients determines my success. Therefore, the network of long-standing and potential clients is my guarantee for my and your success. Over the years, I have built an internationally strong network of cross-industry contacts. My commitment manifests itself in long-term assignments for various strategic development processes of an organization, consisting of multiple strategic tasks, sometimes lasting several years. Alongside hard facts and complex strategic analyses, communication strength at all levels of an organization and diplomatic skill are examples of my strengths. I am negotiation-fluent in German, English, and Dutch. In my consulting assignments, I bring an international perspective based on my collaboration with people in a global environment. My leadership style is participative, granting managers and employees, depending on the situation, the decision-making scope they can handle.
