As Enterprise Agile Coach in a strategy consulting team, established new organizational form for better cross-functional collaboration in a scaled agile environment with 21 teams. Subsequently worked as Project Manager and Product Owner Coach in an agile restructuring project with nine teams. The project concluded with introduction and establishment of OKRs as management framework.
