Managing an Agile data collection project for Apple by Cognizant with 120 itinerant data collectors divided into 5 different teams across EMEA, totaling 120 people in the project.

• Scrum and Kanban Implementation into the workflow

• Overseeing inventory and managing logistics for the teams and equipment
• Oversee and facilitate the communication between the final client, Cognizant and service providers alike

• Managing several projects across international teams
• Assisted the manager in building a solid Finance and Legal team and its processes
• Worked on building an information bridge between HQ and a newly acquired company
• Participated in the sales process from beginning to end of a newly created business unit (Wunder Vehicles)
• Assisted in the creation of several Business Units, including Wunder Financial Services
• Assisted in the expansion to new markets (USA, Brazil, and India)
• Headed the GDPR implementation project within the company
• Implementation of new practices for the Business Operations team (Finance, Legal, and HR)
