Charged with generating key performance indicators on invested funds to inform optimal portfolio distribution using Investor Force for long only and Altvest for hedge funds. Performed defined frontier analysis to identify highest return for defined level of risk, yield curve modelling, duration and sensitivity, relative value and credit analysis.

Built database of funds to identify best performers, risk profile, charges and managers. Set up and maintained Style Research fund analysis tool and generated weekly performance analysis for entire range of IMS funds.

Summary

I have worked until recently as a senior private banker for EFG Bank AG based in the Principality of Monaco, covering UHNWIs, Family Offices, Corporate accounts and arranging middle market private financing transactions for selected clients. Previously I have worked in Credit Suisse’s Private Banking division covering UHNWI, Family Offices and Institutions in Middle East, Southern Europe, UK, as well as International RNDs, regularly interacting with the Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance division to discuss investment opportunities for our clients. Together with experience, it was my interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting strategic relationships that have underpinned much of the success I have achieved to date and was crucial when developing an extensive network of contacts across geographies and industries. I am thus able to find new clients and originate new investment opportunities, implementing portfolio and asset allocations in equity, fixed income, crypto, real estate, identifying, sourcing and executing private debt investments, investment banking transactions for UHNWIs with corporate interests, providing access to new clients/investors, running and managing investment teams from start to end, establishing and reinforcing trust amongst counterparties, and expanding the firm’s presence, reputation, and profitability. Before then, I have founded my Corporate Finance advisory firm in 2013, working to a variety of financing deals, target companies research and valuation assignments in many industries, focusing more recently on the technology, cryptocurrencies and blockchain sectors. More recently, together with individual UHNWI investors I have worked to a crypto project in the carbon emissions market which will eventually lead to an ICO, and I have attended numerous tech conferences in London massively expanding my network with Co-Founders, CEOs and investors in the crypto, DeFi and Fintech spaces. One of the companies I have worked with is a digital/crypto asset managers prime broker based in Zug in a business development and corporate finance assignment for which we have also raised a 5m bridge loan leading to a 10m convertible bond financing round, and before that with a crypto digital assets liquidity provider as their Chief Business Development Officer to help them expand their institutional client base, increase the overall company valuation and evaluate potential exit options.
