  • Product choices were always between bonds (Secured HY bonds, Unsecured HY bonds, Unsecured subordinated HY bonds) or loans, with mezzanine debt also considered.

  • Revolving lines, especially for Working Capital and Financing to buy raw materials, financing receivables, or hiring people.
  • Conditional sales agreements and lease financing for CapEx to upgrade equipment or expand operations.

  • Advised on a $56,000,000 deal split in €40,000,000 credit revolving line upfront at investment and €16,000,000 performance bank guarantee, collateralized by project contract, accounts receivable, real estate assets and company’s fleet unit to finance an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) project in West Africa from an EPCI Contractor specialised in services for the Oil % Gas industry (€244,000,000 Revenue, €20,400,000 EBITDA).
  • Advised on an IPO of one of largest producer and printer of décor paper (up to €12,000,000 of new ordinary shares reserved for Institutional Investors, up to €2,000,000 for retail investors and greenshoe option up to €1,800,000 of ordinary shares).
