- Dotted line (CEO & Myself) day to day management of team of 10 across 4 departments, as well as external resources. With a retention rate maintained at 90%, whilst increasing companies turnover each year by 5 % to 10%.
- Existing clients include Apple, Google, Tesco, Eircode, government departments, bodies and county councils. As well as the major financial services, utilities companies and key players the in logistics & retail sectors.
- Acquired clients include – Unilever, Musgraves, Maxol, National Lottery, Ulster Bank, Avant Money, NBI, LDA, OPR. As well as developing relationships with planning/engineering companies Arup, KPMG-FA, Jacobs, Mott Mac Donald who use our data for client projects.

- Reporting directly to the managing director, responsible for 42 people dealing with home, motor, travel, medical equipment & personal accident generating over £22 Million of premium.
- Built New Business team from ground up (previously dealt with by each product team), and developed new business markets building bespoke products for the medical and pharma markets
- Team conversion rate of 75% on new business & 80% retention for existing personal lines.

- Within this role I was responsible for management of all luxury dealership accounts which included Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls Royce and Bentley as well as the private client department.
- These combined accounts generated over £6 million per annum, which rose to £ 7.6 million within two years under my management.
- Day to day management of team of 15 - KPI's, CRM, training & development, recruitment.
- Managed bi- annual meetings with manufacturers European finance departments. And introduced quarterly visits to all UK dealerships to help build relationships and drive online referrals.
- Represented the manufactures Finance departments at manufactures track days and motor shows/events to promote our branded financial services products.
