Prior to this I was based in Singapore and was the Asia-Pacific Chief Digital & Technology Officer for CBRE. In APAC, CBRE had grown through acquisition and organically, resulting in a fragmented technology department not aligned to the business's needs. The impact was slow speed to market, revenue loss, growth of shadow IT, application proliferation & duplication, IP loss, misalignment of investments, disintermediation risk and increasing operating complexity & expenditure.
At CBRE, I lead the digital transformation and restructured the Digital & Technology organisation, with a focus on enabling the business to achieve both bottom & top-line growth.
