I am a freelance consulting engineer. I am a passionate product developer with a focus on quality. I am a graduate engineer, certified moderator, Agile Master and Product Owner. I moderate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) workshops and support development teams in organizing and developing FMEAs according to the latest standards. My moderation uses “Agile” methods, human-centered, entertaining and with the help of whiteboards. Online as well as hybrid and offline. Inexperienced participants are coached at the same time in “what” and “how”. Together with you, I successfully (re-)introduce FMEA and supervise the optimization of the processes. The FMEA will be compliant with the rules but will be created quickly and effectively by means of proven systematics, so that errors in your products and in your production are detected and avoided at an early stage. At the same time, the participants get a better understanding of their own product and communicate across departments.
