  • Source: 83,12% via post & pray with A/B Tests, 9% Sourced
  • Category: 21% Manager, 73% Professionals Top 3 Groups of Hires: Finance, Sales, Furniture (Architects, Sales); most senior hires: Procurement Director, Marketing Director & Chief of Staff to MD
  • Ramped up multiple teams, i.e. entire project management office, finance team or procurement

Some project examples are:

  • During Covid 19: ad-hoc set-up of an entirely end-to-end digital recruitment process within days
  • Fully organized a hybrid (on-site and streaming) employer branding event end-to-end (incld. mini tender) for all 800ish employees
  • Set-up a candidate playbook, see here Increased our kununu candidate rating from ~2,4 to 4,1
  • Negotiated a free of charge employer brand video (with our supplier) and was in charge for it, see result here
  • Started a Preferred Supplier List tender to enhance GDPR compliance, standardization & mutual rules, reduce processual cost (i.e. payment terms); biggest successes among others: top 1 supplier with highest Share of Wallet increased payment terms from 14 days to 60 days introduction of monthly payment instead of weekly (process cost) introduced a user concept within them that only allows designated persons to put out an order decrease of confidential % amount of fee
  • Recently saved five figures on negotiation with premium job portal via my agency
  • Supported the HR department with their Tender for an HRIS system with initial project management, tender & negotiation rounds (Result: confidential amount of € savings, payment terms)
  • Running multiple A/B tests (i.e. via Indeed) and replaced active sourcing with this
