Freelance Project Manager

Mr. Tayyar Tokdemir worked with our company from 01.06.2023 to 30.11.2024 as a freelance project manager and successfully supported us on Mercedes-Benz projects. He took responsibility for coordinating up to four concurrent projects in the instrument panel area. Together with our team, he successfully developed extensive plastic components from the concept phase through to series production.

• Created a requirements specification based on the functional specification
• First point of contact for the customer
• Interface function between Tier 1 and OEM
• Project coordination and documentation
• Maintenance of the OIL (Open Issue List)
• Creation and maintenance of the BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Organization of regular meetings
• Conducting D-FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Responsibility for developing plastic interior components
• Coordination and independent execution of 3D design work
• Coordination and independent execution of drawing creation
• Data management using the OEM system

During this period, Mr. Tokdemir achieved the set goals and thus made a significant contribution to the success of the project. All assigned tasks were carried out with great care and to our complete satisfaction. We found Mr. Tokdemir to be a team player and a very reliable colleague. From the start, he impressed us with his flexibility and open, communicative style. He quickly familiarized himself with the complex topic and was able to address specific requirements in a systematic way. He never lost sight of the objectives of the work to be completed. He was also highly valued and respected by our business partners, customers, and suppliers.
