Responsible for all IT initiatives in the Board division of HR and Legal as IT Business Partner HR, solution architect, and portfolio/project manager.

As part of the HR Transformation project: integration/data lead and responsible for the interface landscape of all Workday connected systems.
As part of the HR Transformation project: liaison to the works councils in negotiating the interim group works agreement “Data Migration and Testing” and the final group works agreement “Workday”.
As part of the HR Transformation project: supporting and managing change and adoption measures.
As part of the HR Transformation project: direct contact for data protection, especially on “Schrems II”.
As project manager and initiator of the HR Transformation pre-project for tendering an HR management system under the sector regulation.
In the pre-project: documenting the HR process inventory (BPMN and RACI).
In the pre-project: responsible for defining requirements and evaluation matrix for the HR management system tender (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Rexx, Magellan).
