SAP S/4HANA Key Account Support, Training & Prototyping

I support companies as a freelance SAP PS consultant, integration manager and solution architect in implementing demanding S/4HANA projects. The focus of my work is on projects with long durations, high technical complexity and project-driven value creation models, as typically found in mechanical and plant engineering, shipbuilding or in the aerospace industry.

In my role, I take on the professional and organizational responsibility for SAP-PS-related subprojects, from requirements gathering through integrative solution design to implementation and stabilization. A central focus is on the seamless end-to-end integration of PLM, production and logistics processes in ETO, CTO, CTO+ and ATO scenarios as well as in the production logistics environment (SAP PS, PEO, PP, PP/DS, MES & PM).

Through my many years of work in technically and organizationally complex project landscapes, I have excellent integrative knowledge of related logistics SAP modules and processes. I combine these with a solid understanding of the associated commercial aspects, which is especially crucial in project and production environments with high variant diversity.
