• Reduce our infrastructure costs in AWS by 20% without sacrificing end user performance and engineer experience
• Led the Technology & Engineering department of 20 persons, from 12 different countries, including team leads, Digital Product team, engineers, QA and DevOps
• Department with the lowest turn over, 4% in two years
• Built strong relationship with our vendors, leading to smoother discussion, cost efficient contracts and long lasting relationships
• Rebuilt technology & engineering organisation to support the new engineering strategy and productivity
• Reduced the technical debt in our ERP improving efficiency of our Stakeholders and reducing maintenance costs by 50%
• Reduced response time, for users GDPR related requests, from 3 days to 5 minutes by implementing automations
