I have many years of experience in various disciplines of Operational Excellence (OPEX), including project management, process optimisation, controlling, as well as data analysis, visualization, and automation.

Furthermore, I also have multiple years of experience regarding financial analysis and controlling disciplines such as ABC analyses, product analyses and P&L analyses. I am skilled in using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Looker Studio.

With over seven years of experience as an Operations Analyst and freelance BI consultant, I have developed sustainable and meaningful KPIs, visualized them in dashboards and reports, and successfully communicated the resulting recommendations to stakeholders. My responsibilities also included training and coaching employees in the use of BI tools such as Excel and Power BI.

I have worked with both small teams (<10 employees) and larger teams (approximately 100 employees), supporting local stakeholders such as project managers as well as executives at the corporate level (e.g., CEOs).

As a freelancer, I have also had the opportunity to work with companies of various sizes, allowing me to gain extensive experience with agile working methods.
