• In addition to being the central point of contact and responsible for the component, I am in charge of developing and validating a mechatronic Automotive ASIL B component.
• I also take on the role of Req. Manager for system and test specifications.
• My tasks include coordination, reporting, ensuring integration, validation at the BTV level, as well as planning and specifying component and K-HIL tests at the system level and in integration.
• Planning, specifying, and executing interface tests, as well as participating in vehicle trials.

• As a development engineer in special machine construction responsible for programming and commissioning a semi-automated assembly station and for coordination and communication with the preceding and following assembly stations.
• Programming of OpCon systems (VPP21 and VEP 30) using IndraLogic under the IEC 61131 standard.
• Additionally, supporting the project team with organizational and technical issues affecting the overall project.
• Responsible for creating and providing the operation sequences for the entire production line.
• As a result, the overall processes on the production line were standardized and error rates and development times were significantly optimized.

• Commissioned and optimized a 6-axis laser system for sensor sample calibration.
• Work ranged from developing the basic concept and mechanical prototype in terms of precision, functionality, efficiency, and safety, to commissioning and optimizing the laser system.
• Then performed an economic viability analysis of the system and its implementation in production.
• Based on this analysis and time, quality, and cost requirements, I developed a concept to design the overall system so it could be deployed as soon as possible.
• This required close collaboration with the head of design, development manager, and various subject matter experts.
• Software development using C and VBA, special machine construction, plant engineering, hardware and software optimization, sensor technologies, optical image processing, laser technology, and technical documentation in German and English.
