Freelance Project & Production Manager - Business Development, Operations and Category Management

I am a freelance project & production manager based in Berlin with experience in both corporate environments and the cultural sector. I worked in business development, operations and category management for international companies (Delivery Hero, Gorillas, Wayfair), where I learned to manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure.

For the past years, I have been applying these skills in the independent performing arts sector — supporting rehearsals, production planning, and event logistics for contemporary performance and interdisciplinary work. I combine a structured, proactive approach with the flexibility that artistic creation demands. I take responsibility, communicate clearly, and keep processes reliable so that creative teams can focus on what matters most: the work itself.
