• Co-leading the cross-team rollout of Dynatrace for over 90% of all Connected Car microservices
• Defining and configuring reliability SLIs and SLOs for 36 critical service chains in the Connected Car context (Dynatrace, Terraform)
• Configuring Dynatrace and maintaining Terraform templates for the service chains (Dynatrace, Bitbucket, Terraform, Jenkins)
• Responsible for generating and sending SLO reports (Terraform, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• Writing and reviewing user stories for implementing functional and non-functional requirements (Jira, Confluence)
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards for critical service chains (Dynatrace)
• Developing and supporting a training program (4 times a year) to train all product teams (Dynatrace, Confluence, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Supporting regular DevOps processes for developing and deploying company-wide monitoring services (including troubleshooting in Kubernetes)
• Designing and implementing Dynatrace integrations with third-party systems (Dynatrace plugins, AWS CloudWatch)

Responsible for operating and monitoring IT infrastructure, as well as managing IT providers.

• Ensuring availability and performance of IT infrastructure (Cisco ISE, Active Directory, Lansweeper, MS Server)
• Executing and monitoring software upgrades and integration projects (e.g., DATEV)
• Managing and ensuring quality of external IT service providers
• Supporting IT security measures and audits
• Contributing to the company-wide Windows 10 rollout through planning, coordination, and technical problem-solving
• Providing first and second level support
• Reporting to management to support decision-making

Implementation of complex IT projects focusing on infrastructure, application integration, and development support.

• Project support from planning to implementation (setting up MPLS links, Microsoft Surface Hub, etc.)
• Building and managing infrastructure for third-party applications (F5 BIG-IP, MS server and network setup in DEV/Test/Prod)
• Integration and deployment management of specialized software solutions (IIS web server, PKI management)
• Administration of Windows servers and SQL servers
• Technical support for the development and testing team (Eclipse IDE rollout, IDE troubleshooting, firewall exceptions, etc.)
• 2nd level support for the production team
