Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances (BSH), Germany: Member of the Agile transformation team at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances (BSH) in Germany under the SAFe® framework, contributing to PI planning preparation and execution, including agenda design, cross-team alignment, dependency management, and facilitation to ensure effective value delivery across ARTs.

Togg (Turkey's Automobile Initiative Group): Delivered OKR trainings and provided OKR process consultancy to senior leadership teams and employees at Togg (Turkey's Automobile Initiative Group), supporting strategy alignment, objective setting, and execution discipline.

Beko: Delivered strategy execution and OKR trainings for Beko’s young talent programs, focusing on strategic thinking, prioritization, and outcome-driven execution.

İş Bankası: Provided strategic thinking coaching to branch managers at İş Bankası, strengthening decision-making, prioritization, and business perspective.

Sanovel: Delivered OKR trainings and interactive workshops with senior leaders at Sanovel, focusing on strategic alignment, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional ownership.

SmartMessage: Conducted an Agile maturity assessment and designed a yearly improvement roadmap for SmartMessage, identifying key focus areas for organizational agility and delivery effectiveness.

OKR Institute® (Partnership): Delivered Certified OKR Practitioner® trainings in partnership with OKR Institute®, supporting professionals and organizations in building sustainable OKR capabilities.

• Led the Analytics Operational Excellence team, supporting 15 SAP BI products for approximately 10,000 users across more than 40 countries.

• Partnered with the Agile Transformation Team in Munich, providing Agile coaching across the IT organization, including executives.

• Designed and delivered Agile training on Agile foundations, OKRs, Scrum, and Kanban.

• Provided global SAP Controlling (CO) support to approximately 30 countries as part of the Sanofi-Aventis Competence Center.

• Delivered on-site support to French-speaking countries in French, ensuring seamless SAP CO operations.

• Delivered SAP ERP implementations and provided ongoing support to Arkas Holding's internal customers.

• Extended SAP consulting services to Navigator customers, ensuring efficient system adoption and optimization.
