In my role as Product Owner, I help my clients develop a product that keeps getting better. I involve stakeholders and users in the development process, foster direct communication between product developers and stakeholders, and make sure everyone takes responsibility for the product outcome. As a former software developer, I speak the developers’ language and can bridge the gap between business and development.
