Product Owner, Team Lead, Account Manager

Responsibility for the development of two CRM products used by several international clients:

Voucher system (gift cards available in retail online shops and topped up with a balance)

Coupon system (online coupons to drive purchases in the webshop and paper coupons for stores)

Product responsibility towards clients; point of contact and account manager

Leading and coordinating development projects, including technical migration of the IT systems of an acquired company into our systems

Responsible for security and operational infrastructure; coordinating external vendors

Constant communication with management to ensure alignment of product and company goals

Creating product roadmaps, coordinating with software developers

Requirements management, user story refinement

Coordinating cross-team work with seven other teams in the immediate environment

Interface management with point-of-sale systems, webshop, and external providers

Supporting clients with analysis of voucher issuance and redemption, business-relevant reporting for annual financial statements and provisions

Contributing to the roll-out of a new webshop platform in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Italy; integrating the products and implementing special requests

Team leadership:**

First point of contact for all concerns of the software developers

Took on the tasks of Scrum Master for 1½ years, including preparing and running retrospectives and moderating all Scrum meetings

Aligning team work with sprint goals, principle "Outcome over output"

Restructuring a large team into two smaller Scrum teams

Building a team identity, defining the vision, mission, and purpose

Planning and moderating all Scrum ceremonies (review, retrospective, planning)

Coordinating the takeover of data from third-party systems after a company merger

Introducing new reporting

Early detection of fraud cases and rapid development of sustainable countermeasures

Rolling out the new webshop platform in four countries

Drafting a concept for microservices in an environment of eight developer teams; aligning services to business domains
