Responsibility for the development of two CRM products used by several international clients:
Voucher system (gift cards available in retail online shops and topped up with a balance)
Coupon system (online coupons to drive purchases in the webshop and paper coupons for stores)
Product responsibility towards clients; point of contact and account manager
Leading and coordinating development projects, including technical migration of the IT systems of an acquired company into our systems

In my role as a Product Owner, I support my clients in developing a continuously improving product. I bring stakeholders and users into the development process, foster direct communication between product developers and stakeholders, and help ensure that everyone involved can take responsibility for the product outcome. As a former software developer, I speak developers' language and can mediate between business and development.
