Global TSA Manager (Transition Services Agreement) in a carve-out project, responsible for the IT workstream. Serving an international construction chemicals group headquartered in Germany.

• Leading and developing an international and intercultural PM team (>25 internal and external project managers from AT, DE, HU, SK and RO).
• Program and project delivery & governance – responsible for project execution, coaching PMs through the project lifecycle, managing risks and issues, escalation management, project budgeting, KPI controlling.
• Corporate portfolio management – overseeing the International, Corporate & Technical (Life Cycle Management / Security) project portfolio (>40 active projects). Coaching PMs at steering committees, quality assurance, global project office reporting.
• Operational portfolio delivery & reporting – monitoring the project portfolio (SAP, ECM, IFRS17, IAM/Security, cloud enablement, life cycle management (IT infra, technical upgrades, IT service management)).
• Project budget planning & financial control: interface with the business (requirements management), finance, IT-BUILD (enterprise & solution architecture, IT security, business analysis, business development, …) and IT-RUN (transition management, change management operations, test management, …), annual budgeting, forecasting, and project cost management (personnel, materials).
• IT service management & delivery: managing IT infrastructure & services vendors (R-IT, TSA) for project service delivery, IT PM and participation/reporting in regular service delivery boards. Environment: ITIL V4, ITSM ServiceNow.
• Team management – leading and developing the project manager team, capacity planning & resource allocation, task assignment, onboarding, coaching, goal setting & performance evaluations.
• Support processes: providing and improving the work environment and technical infrastructure management, PM methodology introduction and rollout, PM tool selection, internal PM communication, PM knowledge base.
• Process integration and rollout – PMO process owner, process & system integration, operational process implementation, test management, deployment and rollout processes.
• SAFe: introduction and rollout of the SAFe framework in a hybrid PM environment (waterfall/Scrum).
• PMO process setup, rollout and continuous optimization, rollout of the new PM delivery model.
• Operationalizing PMO processes and the new delivery model processes (Web2.0, JIRA/Confluence).
• Interface with IT department leadership (within BUILD/RUN), business units and demand management.
• JIRA/Confluence (Web 2.0) and PPM tool integration lead / senior PM, continuous process improvements.

• Member of the PM team, collaborating with finance & controlling, logistics, sales & marketing on key initiatives.
• Supplier management (software vendors and external consulting firms).
• Invoice processing, supply chain management, logistics processes.
• SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) integration, B2B website, merger of customer databases.
