Part of the founding team as #5 in pre-seed. Built and led several teams until hand-over to a hired subject matter expert. Owning various functions and strategic projects end-to-end. Substantially influenced scaling the business from pre-seed (6 FTEs) to Series A (55+ FTEs) and onwards, while collecting €40M in funding.

Most advanced idea was a credit-based subscription golf club that eases access to the sport and introduces membership flexibility. Stopped just before pre-seed funding due to different reasons (HR, Legal, own goals of founding team).
Responsible for all transaction activities (single real estates, portfolios and properties for developments), including related topics (BPs, DDs, structuring). Volume of accompanied transactions of over EUR 100m as well as GDV of over EUR 100m. Focus on living offices and living.
Also: Built up Spanish mezzanine business for other company section (E&V Capital) within an expansion strategy.
PE focus on Mid-Cap restructuring and buy-outs; Tasks included all company-acquisition related topics including writing of IOs and BOs, commercial and financial DD, deal structuring, fin. modelling, contact with sell-side advisor + deal acquisition
