Operational support for the central data centers (DC) area must be ensured. This guarantees the BA's functionality. Data transfer of the BA must be highly available (24/7). Without a running data center operation, colleagues cannot work nor is the BA digitally accessible for customers. DC consolidation, including hardware relocation planning, is necessary as part of IT security requirements, rack lifecycle, and location changes regarding replacing old monitoring systems with new ones (RMS according to CMC). Various tools are in use and media breaks currently exist. Building a unified oversight tool is required.

• Designing, documenting, and supporting optimization to manage requirement analysis activities
