• Setup of real-time internal controls 'hub' providing insight into compliance alignment in relevant areas.

Leading a team of 13 financial employees at Hotel Adlon, oversaw reconciliation of balance sheets and accounts. Facilitating internal processes, including month-end closing and reporting. Routinely created and implemented accounting department and internal processes at Duke's Palace. Analysis and reconciliation of Accounts Payable/Receivable and Balance Sheets, cleaning up company records during property sale preparation. Completed numerous Task Force assignments.

• Reconciled all books, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and GL accounts, preparing for property sale and increasing trust to owning.
• Introduced and defined internal controls and processes, adding strategic touch points for critical interactions.
