Digitalization and Cyber Security Management: Experience in small teams as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, for example in implementing a Data Source Catalogue at a bank. Developed a business case and launched an IaaS & SaaS solution (MS Azure Cloud) in the aviation sector as a Transition Manager. Led the "Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)" project and rolled out "Cyber Security KPI Systems" in industry, banking, and insurance. Project & Transition Management of critical projects and programs: Multi-project and program management including control of large critical projects (stakeholder management, business cases, etc.) in IT and business departments. IT Management: Over 15 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), especially extensive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solution implementation, and designing and deploying IT service management at a pharmaceutical company. IT business cases/benchmarking.

Managing complexity (strategy, architectures, and processes): Conducted strategy reviews of outsourcing options. Designed and implemented data management in financial services and the pharmaceutical industry. Analyzed, modeled, and standardized processes, as well as developed and introduced custom processes and frameworks in CISO, HR, and IT organizations.

Coaching CISOs, program and project managers, and moderating workshops.

Active member of GPM - German Association for Project Management (presentations, publications, workshop moderation at interPM events).
