I am supporting organizations with very deep expertise around talent development, end to end along the Talent Development Value Cycle.

My approach is based on demonstrating value quickly, while building for the long term. I am driven by my passion for connecting talented humans and business growth: structured for sustainable success.

My expertise includes the creation and deployment of end to end talent strategies, including skill analysis (with or without AI), job role definitions, career paths, creation of signature learning experiences fit for need, learning tools, all the way to metrics, such as the ROI of learning. One of my strengths is on People Analytics and translating the gained insight into objective driven activities.

I am a recognised expert and leader in strategic workforce development, with a proven track record in translating business needs into talent development strategies, implementing and measuring for success with operational excellence.

I work in a modular and scalable way, with experience in defined and complex projects, regional and global teams, remote or hybrid. My work- and life experience across 3 continents (Europe, Africa, Australia) contributed to my expertise on cross-cultural collaboration and ability to benefit from the power of diverse teams.
