Key Achievements:
- Lead the Digital Transformation in Asia Pacific.
- Pivoted the focus from Infrastructure & Operations to Digital Enablement of the business.
- Budget moved from being 75% Infrastructure & Operations focused in 2016, to 58% business enablement & innovation focused in 2018.
- Reviewed and restructured the Digital & Technology organisation to enable effective delivery and integration into the business.
- Restructured Infrastructure & Operations to improve the quality of service, consistency of user experience and operating efficiency across the region.
- Grew our in-house software engineering capabilities and talent.
- Established regional Centres of Excellence for software engineering and infrastructure.

- Overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the Singapore Consolidation Strategy.
- SCB had 10,500 headcount in Singapore and four primary office buildings. Program included:
- The design and fit-out of a new office building comprising of five floors, supporting 2,000 headcount.
- Restacks and migrations across four buildings totalling 4,800 end user moves.
- Included 16 move phases, with 8 consecutive weekends of moves and up to 550 users per move.
- Relocation of a data centre to support disposal strategy.
- The introduction of agile workplace practices and supporting technologies.
- Introduction of new end user workplace and collaboration technologies.
- Restack and refresh across remaining estate.
- Feasibility studies and due diligence on subsequent phases which included the build and fit-out of a new building plus further space disposal and consolidation.
- Design & re-engineering of BAU IT support & operating models to improve end user services, increase operating efficiency and reduce Opex costs.
- Delivered against very aggressive timelines and evolving scope due to changes in the business.

My experience includes leading large regional Digital & Technology departments for MNC's, executing enterprise-wide transformations, defining & implementing technology strategies, and building consultancy businesses.
Currently, I am based in the UK and have established a new Digital Strategy & Transformation consultancy which helps enterprises to effectively leverage and implement digital capabilities. Prior to this I was based in Singapore and was the Asia-Pacific Chief Digital & Technology Officer for CBRE. In APAC, CBRE had grown through acquisition and organically, resulting in a fragmented technology department not aligned to the business's needs. The impact was slow speed to market, revenue loss, growth of shadow IT, application proliferation & duplication, IP loss, misalignment of investments, disintermediation risk and increasing operating complexity & expenditure.
At CBRE, I lead the digital transformation and restructured the Digital & Technology organisation, with a focus on enabling the business to achieve both bottom & top-line growth.
