Support stakeholders in identifying and analyzing process inefficiencies and suggest approaches to improve, automate and innovate business processes

Chairing steering committees to update senior management on the progress of the different products, align on strategy and next steps

Order Fulfilment Process Analytics Product: Data model integrating various data sources and dashboards to visualize and analyze the end-to-end order fulfilment process. Providing full process transparency on over 20 million orders: from order placed through partner fulfilment, carrier delivery, and customer returns.

Partner Performance Analytics Product: Dashboard to measure the performance of over 6000 stores in 11 countries, measuring cancellations, returns and delivery on promise. Live monitor and automation of alerts to enable users to respond fast to unfolding situations.

Returns and Refurbishment Process Analytics Product: Dashboard to visualize and analyze the complete returns and refurbishment process in over 25 warehouses across Europe with the aim of monitoring warehouse performance, reducing cycle times, reducing errors and ensure compliance.
