EMA2 - Amazon Robotics FC - Site Launch in November 2020

• Responsible for outbound department performance. Running site-wide improvement projects and weekly performance update for regional review. Achieved improvement across all internal metrics and brought external customer impacting metrics into benchmark.
• Operational planning for Prime Day '21 - achieved best on-time shipping performance of UK AR sites.
• Covid testing - tested, improved, and rolled-out across 7 FC in the region. Highest EU testing performance with up to 90% of workforce tested per week.
• Built a retention and absence management tool. Tracking and managing attendance on site level during probation period. This improved retention and reduced hiring churn and cost. Enabled 7 other FCs to test and roll out a self-developed tool before integrating into UK wide HR tool development.
• Ran UK's largest offline stow area during launch, improving established processes and allowing site to ramp fullness ahead of peak.
• Project support in launch across inbound and outbound. Supported all departments with standardized project templates to track effort and completion.
• Implemented engagement focused tool to ensure positive launch experience for associates and structured performance tracking from day 1.

LTN4 - First Amazon Robotics FC in UK

• Built automated tool to show live view of product mix at stations. This improved distribution of work across FC, reduced stow performance variations, and led to better fullness management. On the engagement side, the visibility improved fairness for associates, eased directing of work, and allowed performance levels to be more comparable. Tool was adopted networkwide and principles of WIP distribution as a benchmark practice.

• As Area Manager team, we implemented a measurement and management system for idle time in inbound. This led to increased productive uptime and overall performance. The implementation was done with an engagement focus to ensure fair and consistent management.

• Worked in a team to measure and reduce idle time in inbound. Improving productive uptime across all shifts and reducing unexplained idle time.
