It also includes detection and jamming solutions for mobile phones and anti-drone products.

Head of Project Management in all country subsidiaries (25 companies in Europe, Africa and Australia). Responsible for 11 FTE. Reporting to the CTO of the Telio group.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Responsibility and leadership of the project management department with a virtual team at 7 locations worldwide
• Planning and coordinating the capacities of the project management & IT department
• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring operational projects
• Monitoring costs, schedules, risks and change management
• Initiating measures in case of deviations or conflicts
• Managing critical situations and internal escalations
• Coaching project managers on project management methods and tools
• Defining and further developing the project management methodology including reporting
• Training employees in project management

Milestones:

• Successful restructuring of the project management department
• Introduction of a new standardized project management tool with resource management
• Splitting the PMO team into project managers and IT delivery managers for more efficient use of core resource skills
• Implementation of a project management dashboard with weekly reports for transparency to C-level management
• Improved collaboration and coordination of IT resources in projects
• Expansion of the PMO department from originally 5 (3 permanent, 2 external) employees to 11 (10 permanent, 1 external)
• Increase in the department's reputation within the company

Noris network AG is an IT service provider with its own data center and backbone infrastructure in Germany, with a strong focus on the financial services sector and the highest regulatory requirements. Core banking systems are operated for several clients, partly down to the application level. The company's locations are Munich, Nuremberg, Berlin (Germany) and Thessaloniki (Greece).

Scope of responsibilities:

• Supporting account management and the inside sales team
• Developing solutions for customer needs in close collaboration with key account managers and acting as a link between technical departments and sales
• Optimizing solutions based on the standard product portfolio and developing custom or up-to-date innovation concepts in response to inquiries and tenders
• Preparing sales support materials and presentations
• Improving existing templates, customer setups and describing and improving solution approaches for the whole company
• Acquiring innovations through self-study and developing improvement suggestions for product management
• Supporting large projects in the implementation phase and acting as a liaison between existing clients and service management for close coordination

NFON is one of the pioneers that managed to establish the technical and legal challenges of a cloud solution for real-time communication internationally. The product allows real-time processing of communication data and central management of many globally distributed phones.
