Responsible for strategic programs at global financial services firms in Germany and the U.K. to migrate their IT to the cloud (Amazon Web Services). Results: cost savings of 20%-30% p.a. and reduced time to market. Defined the cloud strategy for the entire IT of a global insurance group; led the implementation project to introduce cloud into the group.
