What drives me as an interim manager is my enthusiasm for working with people to further develop HR processes in an international environment, especially in the CEE region. My customer and project focus is mainly on international mid-sized companies and fast-growing (international) startups. My contribution here is to support the development of professional and efficient digital HR structures in complex and (time)critical situations. Since I enjoy working professionally and privately with people from different cultures, I’ve also built a good network in CEE and DACH.
