What drives me as an interim manager is my passion for working with people to further develop HR processes in an international environment, especially in the CEE region. My client and project focus is mainly on international mid-sized companies and fast-growing (international) startups. My contribution here is to support the development of professional and efficient digital HR structures in complex and time-critical situations.

Since I enjoy working with people from different cultures, both professionally and personally, I took the opportunity to learn languages from the CEE region (Czech, Hungarian, Slovak) and use them in assignments and in my private life.
